Ouch! I say again, owwwwwwwww!
Today the pain came, sharply enough and with enough eye-watering that I thought I might have lost one or both bandage contacts. Today I really wished e were with me, because I had trouble reading anything to find the hospital's number. I finally called them and they said I should come in just in case.
Of course, by the time I got there it wasn't nearly as bad as it had been back in my room. They told me everything was fine and I needed to keep sleeping as much as possible. I'm getting low on Benadryl and they won't prescribe more, so I picked some up in the lodging office after my appointment.
You think there'd be a little more to say about every 24-hour period, but really they're all starting to be the same: eat a little, sleep a lot, call e every time I wake up, call my mom when e gets tired of me. (I know e's not really tired of me, just dealing with MJ who's sick and our 8-year-old niece who's bossy.)
Night night, I feel the pills kicking in.
